Like Alexis de Tocqueville, we believe that " THERE IS MORE LIGHT AND WISDOM IN MANY MEN THAN IN ONE. ". Although we are not yet "many" (but the number is growing), we are diverse, passionate and ready for discussion. That's why our investment decisions are not the product of one person's supposed talent, but of our own. WORKand CURIOSITY and CONFRONTATIONS OF IDEAS of many. And we're here to grow, both individually and by welcoming new team members as investors join us.
Louis is an investment professional with over 25 years' experience, including 12 in private equity, first in Asia with European and American structures, then in France with Pléiade Investissement.
After studying Law, Laura joined Pléiade AM in 2010 as Administrative Manager to look after the accounting, administrative and legal aspects of the company and funds. In May 2015, she was appointed Deputy Managing Director, with the duties of Company Secretary. She has also been Head of Compliance and Internal Control (RCCI) at Pléiade AM since October 2015.
A graduate of HEC Paris and the National University of Singapore (CEMS), Maxence began his career as an auditor at Deloitte in 2016, where he specialized in commodity trading companies. There, he developed his skills in analyzing business fundamentals and exploiting financial statements. He joined the adventure in January 2019 as a managing analyst.
A graduate of Kedge Business School and the University of British Columbia, Anass began his career in 2013 as assistant manager at Amundi Asset Management. He then joined the Big 4 (EY then Deloitte) as an asset management consultant, before joining OFI Asset Management as a strategic project manager. There, he developed a comprehensive understanding of the asset management business, ESG and internal and external growth issues. He joined Pléiade AM in 2022, in charge of Business and Corporate Development, and ESG analysis.
A graduate of the Magistère d'Économie et de finance internationales and a Master's in Finance from the University of Bordeaux, Mathieu's first experience came during an internship at Pléiade AM in 2021, where he helped create the new PAM Cloud Révolution fund. He joined Pléiade AM in 2022 as Equity Analyst.
She joined Pleiade AM in 2021 as an assistant, in charge of administrative management and the middle/back office. After her studies in , she decided to move into the private sector.
